Sally is a qualified Counsellor and Practitioner of NLP, Time-Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis. With over 10 years experience working with children and young people in Education, Youth and Care services and she recently founded TESS to enable her to develop and focus on her passion for raising the achievements and self-esteem of young people.  She has a long and proven track record of developing positive and successful relationships with young people of all ages and believes this (and a good sense of humour) is the key to realising the potential of every child.
 
As a parent of two teenagers, she feels strongly about issues that affect young people, particularly with regard to education, social provisions and the negative light in which they are portrayed by the media.  She has a keen interest in World, music, Arts and dance and often uses a creative approach in her work with young people.
